Katatonia came to Sydney from their native Sweden as part of the No Sleep Til tour.
These guys rock! So much hair! Awesome guitars and plenty of movement on stage! It was an amazing show to watch. Katatonia come across as a group who care about their music, performing with an accurate intensity that is not often seen. This show reminded me of a finely-crafted hunting knife — heavy and powerful, but intricately styled; designed to do one thing very well indeed.
The No Sleep Til Sydney festival also featured Dropkick Murphys, NOFX, Frenzal Rhomb, and Atreyu.
